1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

All of our products are made with care and covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Normal wear-and-tear do not qualify as defects.

ecoZen Lifestyle warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").

​

If a defect arises and a valid claim with photo and order number is received by ecoZen Lifestyle within the Warranty Period, We will exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. If the Product is exchanged the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes ecoZen Lifestyle's property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes ecoZen Lifestyle's property.

Exclusions and Limitations
 

ecoZen Lifestyle's limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through Amazon sold by ecoZen Lifestyle only.

This 1 year warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.

• Normal wear and tear of Product use is not covered. 

• Products that have been altered or modified are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair.
